GENERAL

Our space accommodates up to 60 guests.

We host baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, micro weddings, networking events, corporate gatherings, workshops, photoshoots, and more!

Your rental includes access to our fully customizable event space, tables, chairs, seating arrangements set up before arrival, and use of our kitchenette. Additional event décor, food, and beverages are not provided by the 2214 Studios.

BOOKING + PAYMENTS

Please submit an inquiry using our CONTACT FORM. Once we confirm availability, you’ll receive a rental contract and payent link. We require a signed contract, 50% initial deposit, and a $250 security deposit to secure your date. We’ll also ask for a valid photo ID.

We offer flexible rental options while ensuring the space is refreshed between bookings.
Morning/Afternoon Rentals: Access to the space anytime 9AM - 3PM
Reset Period: The space is closed from 3PM - 5PM for cleaning and setup.
Evening Rentals: Access to the space anytime between 5PM - 11PM
Full Day: Full access to the space between 9AM - 10PM

The remaining balance, plus a refundable security deposit, is due 30 days before your event.

Once you've booked your date, we remove it from our availability to honor our contract with you. In the event that you need to cancel, all payments are non-refundable. If notice is received more than 30 days in advance, you have the option to reschedule your event to an available future date with a rebooking fee of $150.
FOOD + DRINKS

Alcohol must be served by a certified and insured bartender or bar service company to ensure a safe and seamless experience.
No alcoholic beverages can be SOLD at the event. You may offer complimentary beverages.

We offer the flexibility to bring in your own caterer, allowing you to create a menu that perfectly aligns with your budget and tastes. Please note that all food preparation must be completed off-site, as our venue does not have a dedicated prep space.
DECOR + SET UP

You are welcome to bring in your own decorator or take a DIY approach to bring your event vision to life. To ensure safety and preserve our space, no items may be glued, nailed, or otherwise affixed to the walls. We do not permit confetti, glitter, rice, or any small items that require excessive cleaning.

Yes! You can schedule an in-person visit.
AFTER THE EVENT

Bag all trash, remove personal items, and return any moved furniture to its original place.

Deposits are refunded within 72 hours, barring no damage to the property or contract violations.
