Your rental includes access to our fully customizable event space, tables, chairs, lounge furniture, seating arrangements set up before arrival, and use of our kitchenette. Additional event décor, linens, food, and beverages are not provided by the 2214 Studios.

We offer flexible rental options while ensuring the space is refreshed between bookings.
Morning/Afternoon Rentals: Access to the space anytime 8 AM - 2 PM
Reset Period: The space is closed from 2 PM - 4 PM for cleaning and setup
Evening Rentals: Access to the space anytime between 4 PM - 10 PM
Full Day: Full access to the space between 8 AM - 10 PM
The remaining balance, plus a refundable security deposit, is due the day before your event..
